Reporting a problem
If a file didn’t edit the way you expected, please tell us:
- whether it was a PDF or an image, and roughly how it was created (Word, Canva, a scanner, a phone camera…);
- the text you tried to change and what happened;
- your browser and device.
Please don’t attach confidential documents. Because Edit Any Text never uploads your files, we can’t see them unless you send them to us — a description or a screenshot of the non-sensitive part is usually enough.
